As these services relate to leisure activities with specific dates, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has commenced, in accordance with applicable regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU). However, Premier Padel Academy maintains its own commercial refund policy based on the notice period given:

31 days or more before the start: 75% refund of the total price.
Between 22 and 30 days before the start: 25% refund of the total price.
21 days or less before the start: No refund (100% of the cost).
